With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the resort. Originally from the Czech Republic, Dell has worked in various prestigious food and beverage establishments around the world, including Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jordan, Doha, and Maui. During his time in Singapore, he led the Manhattan bar to achieve the top spot in Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2017 and #3 in the World’s 50 Best Bars in 2018. Dell is passionate about sharing his knowledge with his colleagues and learning from them. He is excited to immerse himself in the Mauritian culture and explore the island’s natural beauty with his family.
