Garuda Indonesia (GA) and Singapore Airlines (SIA) have strengthened their commercial partnership, aiming to enhance benefits for frequent flyer members, explore revenue sharing arrangements, and collaborate on tourism initiatives. The frequent flyer programme agreement enables GarudaMiles and KrisFlyer members to earn and redeem miles on codeshare flights operated by both airlines. The joint venture revenue share agreement, once implemented, will support joint capacity growth and marks a significant step towards a proposed commercial joint venture arrangement. Both carriers continue to engage in joint marketing activities, including promoting tourism traffic to Indonesia and enhancing accessibility to destinations served by both airlines.
