Kennedy Sanders, a highly touted recruit who redshirted her freshman season at Colorado, is eager to make an impact as a sophomore. The 5-foot-8 point guard from Chaska, Minn., was a three-time first-team all-conference selection in high school and averaged 17.3 points on the AAU circuit in 2022. After breaking her foot last May, Sanders spent last season redshirting, rehabilitating, and acclimating to the college game. She is now one of the veterans on the team and is expected to play a significant role in the upcoming season.
