On Monday, two teenagers, ages 16 and 18, were stabbed on a Queens street. The altercation occurred around 6:45 p.m. at 21st Avenue and 74th Street in Astoria Heights. The 18-year-old victim suffered a stab wound to the back, while the 16-year-old victim sustained a knife wound to the right leg. Both victims were transported to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where they were listed in stable condition. A 14-year-old boy was arrested and charged with gang assault in connection with the incident. The motive for the attack remains unclear.
