Since May 1st, the North American trade reservations team has been exclusively based at the Miami headquarters, providing personalized service and enhancing operational efficiency to travel partners worldwide. Additionally, dedicated teams in London and Melbourne now support key global markets. Crystal has also expanded its global trade sales teams across key regions, including the appointment of Margaret Thwaites as Southeast Regional Sales Director in North America, Stephen Joyner as Senior Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland, Giorgio Costa as Regional Sales Manager for Europe, and Evon Ler as Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific region.
