The videos depict migrants moving through gates, covering footprints, and wearing camouflage as they trek north towards the U.S. border. The smuggler’s activities, including posting on Facebook and TikTok, have raised concerns about the boldness of illegal operations and the ease with which individuals can cross the border unlawfully. Despite the presence of Border Patrol, many migrants are evading detection, resulting in an increase in ‘gotaways’.
