The Penguin, a spinoff series from Matt Reeves’ Batman universe, follows Oswald Cobblepot’s rise to power in a Gotham City still reeling from the aftermath of The Batman. With Carmine Falcone dead and the city flooded, Oz seizes the opportunity to control the criminal underworld, facing opposition from Falcone’s daughter, Sofia. The series boasts a star-studded cast and will premiere on Max in September.
