Dawn Devlin, 57, attacked Gemma Fox and her mother, Christine Lucas, following a custody hearing at St Helens family court. Devlin struck Gemma with a walking stick and was also convicted of assaulting Lucas. Lauren Hargreaves, Devlin’s son’s new partner, also assaulted Gemma. The brawl was stopped by Gemma’s ex-partner.
