Lou Conter, the last living survivor on board the USS Arizona during the Pearl Harbor attack, will be celebrated in his hometown of Grass Valley on Tuesday with a memorial service open to the public. The service will conclude with a procession to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, accompanied by full military honors.
