Avant, Al Roker, Deborah Roberts, Jennifer Jones Austin, and The Herb Alpert Foundation, recognized for their contributions to the cultural landscape. Performances throughout the evening showcased the school’s legacy of nurturing musical talent and paid tribute to Harlem’s history as a hub for jazz.
