Calgary Restaurant Reopens After Health Order Closure Due to Sewage Backup

A restaurant in downtown Calgary has reopened after Alberta Health Services (AHS) ordered it closed due to a sewage backup last Wednesday. According to AHS, Blowers and Grafton in the Mission neighbourhood was closed due to water and debris from a sewage backup in the basement kitchen, and the restaurant’s dishwasher was not sufficiently sanitizing dishes, with insufficient equipment available for manual dishwashing.
