Iraq has signed an agreement to purchase 14 military helicopters from Airbus, including 12 H225M multi-role combat aircraft. The deal, stemming from discussions between French and Iraqi leaders, aims to strengthen Iraq’s defense capabilities and sovereignty, particularly in the fight against remaining IS militants.
