Hempfield Area School District has appointed Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates as its new architect, replacing Core Architects who resigned in February. This latest development follows a series of setbacks and uncertainties in the ongoing plan to renovate the high school, including a $150 million price tag that led to rejected bids. Despite these challenges, the district remains optimistic, confident in the strength of its new team, which includes SitelogIQ as construction manager and McKinley Architecture and Engineering as the district’s “owner’s representative.”
