Frank Sinatra and Mia Farrow’s Former Upper East Side Home Hits the Market for $4.45 Million

The historic brownstone at 248 E. 61st St. in New York City, where Frank Sinatra and Mia Farrow once resided, has been listed for sale for the first time in over 50 years. The 3,730-square-foot home, built in 1872, features four bedrooms, 4½ baths, an additional 933 square feet below ground, and original details such as hardwood floors, stained glass, and a fireplace. The property, now part of the Treadwell Farm Historic District, once served as a refuge for friends and family fleeing the Islamic Revolution in Iran. The current owners, who purchased the home from Sinatra in 1969, added French doors and opened up the rear to add light from the garden.
