With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, Dhawan brings a wealth of expertise to Minor Hotels. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Accor, including Senior Vice President of Operations for India & South Asia and Vice President of Operations for the Middle East. Dhawan played a key role in launching India’s first Raffles hotel during his tenure at Accor. He began his hospitality career at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in the Philippines and Hong Kong.
