Housing Partnership Network (HPN) has appointed Noel Andrés Poyo as Executive Vice President of Peer Exchange, Policy, and Programs. Poyo brings extensive experience in community development, affordable housing, and impact investing, having served in leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Treasury and the National Association for Latino Community Assets Builders (NALCAB). His expertise will be invaluable to HPN’s efforts to support its members in creating affordable and sustainable communities.
