Jordanian football association (JFF) announced that they have mutually agreed to part ways with coach Hussein Ammouta, who led the team to its maiden Asian Cup final earlier this year. Ammouta requested a contract termination after facing criticism for Jordan’s lack of wins in recent matches. The JFF has appointed Moroccan coach Jamal Sellami as the new technical director of the national team.
