The transactions were executed through Goldman Sachs International (GSI) at an average price of £80.5197 per share. This purchase was made under the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023, and executed based on instructions from the Company on February 20, 2024. The company plans to cancel the acquired shares, leaving a total of 162,982,648 ordinary shares outstanding (excluding 7,006,782 held in treasury).
