Philadelphia Flyers forward Joel Farabee has been added to Team USA’s roster for the upcoming IIHF Men’s World Championships in Ostrava and Prague, Czechia, from May 10 to May 26. Farabee will be making his first appearance with Team USA in five years, having last played for the U-20 World Junior Championships in 2018-19. The 24-year-old had a career-best season with the Flyers, setting new highs in goals (22), assists (28), and points (50) despite a disappointing end to the regular season. Farabee will be joined on Team USA by Montreal Canadiens sniper Cole Caufield, with whom he played on the U-18 World Junior Championships team in 2017. Team USA boasts a strong roster this year, and it will be exciting to see Farabee and his teammates compete for a medal in the Czech Republic.
