These advancements will be part of the company’s efforts to integrate AI capabilities into its products and services. Apple’s initial AI server chips will be based on the M2 Ultra, which was previously incorporated into the Mac Pro and Mac Studio computers. The company, however, plans to develop future versions using the M4 chip.
