AirAsia marked a significant milestone in enhancing India-Malaysia connectivity with the relaunch of its direct flight from Bhubaneswar to Kuala Lumpur on May 29, 2024. The inaugural flight was completely booked, demonstrating the strong demand for this route. Passengers received a festive welcome at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, with representatives from Tourism Malaysia and AirAsia’s Senior Management present to greet them. The flight schedule now includes four weekly flights directly from Kuala Lumpur to Bhubaneswar. This service is part of AirAsia’s broader strategy to expand its network in India, underscoring its commitment to facilitating travel and cultural exchange between the two nations.
