The Indian Railways has completed the laying of 210.5 kilometers of new track on the Katni-Singrauli rail line in Madhya Pradesh, significantly enhancing regional connectivity and driving socio-economic growth in Singrauli, Sidhi, and Katni districts. This infrastructure upgrade is expected to boost tourism in northern Madhya Pradesh by facilitating the introduction of additional trains and improving connectivity.
