The Durand Cup, Asia’s oldest active football tournament, will mark the beginning of the Indian football season for 2024-25. Starting on July 27th in Kolkata, the tournament will feature 24 teams from the Indian Super League, I-League, Services and other invitational sides, with international teams also expected to participate. Matches will be held across four cities: Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Shillong and Kokrajhar, with the top eight teams advancing to the knockout stage.
