Dharam Singh Dhaliwal, wanted in connection with the December 2022 murder of 21-year-old Pawanpreet Kaur, has been added to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police’s (RCMP) BOLO (Be On the Lookout) program, which targets individuals sought for serious crimes. The fugitive is accused of staging his own suicide prior to the murder to evade police and was previously charged with domestic offenses against Kaur. A substantial reward of up to 50,000 Canadian dollars is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
