Former professional soccer player Eddie Lewis has successfully transitioned into a second career as an entrepreneur. After retiring from playing at the age of 36, Lewis founded TOCA Football, a technology-based soccer training platform. By utilizing an innovative training method he developed while playing at UCLA, Lewis has grown TOCA into the largest operator of indoor soccer centers in North America, with 39 facilities in 15 states and a presence in the United Kingdom. TOCA’s training methods focus on improving technical, physical, and cognitive abilities through the use of proprietary training systems and meaningful repetitions. The company has attracted investors, including World Cup champion Abby Wambach and English national team captain Harry Kane, and plans to continue its expansion with the goal of establishing 200 to 300 centers across the United States.
