Guizhou Province in China hosted the International Conference of Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports 2024, showcasing its commitment to becoming a world-class tourist destination. The conference saw the launch of certification criteria for world-famous tourism mountains, recognizing 14 mountains, including Guizhou’s Fanjing Mountain, as the first cohort. Xingyi city was also honored as a world-class health and wellness city.
The 2024 China•Gaobeidian International Windoor Festival, held in Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province, brought together over 20,000 attendees, including experts, scholars, and industry leaders, from over 50 countries and regions to discuss the latest advancements in green and healthy building technologies. The event, themed “Strengthening International Cooperation for Green Transition and Advancing the Development of Green Low-Carbon Buildings,” featured exhibitions, industry-themed sessions, and a skills competition.
