India’s junior badminton team secured their spot in the quarterfinals of the Badminton Asia Junior Mixed Team Championship in Indonesia, while Vaidehi Chaudhary clinched her third singles title in the USD 25,000 ITF women’s tennis tournament in Taipei. Other Indian players also made their mark in various international tennis tournaments.
A new international tournament is reportedly in the works, which may lead to major changes in the League of Legends competitive schedule. The new event would take place between the Winter and Spring Splits and would feature at least one team from each major region. This would require the LEC and LCS to adopt a three-split structure, as they are the only major leagues to currently have a Winter Split.
