Bilal Ahmad Kuchey, one of the nineteen individuals charged in connection with the 2019 Pulwama terror attack, passed away in Kishtwar district jail due to a heart attack. Kuchey, along with others, was accused of providing shelter and support to Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists involved in the attack that killed 40 CRPF personnel. This incident highlights the ongoing security challenges posed by terrorist activities in the region.
