FHRAI Stakeholder’s Meet Catalyzes Partnerships, Policy Advocacy, and Tourism Boost in Jammu & Kashmir

The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), in collaboration with its associate partner HRANI, hosted a significant Stakeholders’ Meet in Srinagar on May 3, 2024. This event brought together key figures from the tourism and hospitality sectors to discuss employment, economic growth, and inclusive development in the region. The meeting focused on advancing Jammu & Kashmir’s tourism industry and exploring opportunities for collaboration. FHRAI and the Hoteliers Club Srinagar signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen cooperation in policy advocacy, networking, and government liaison. Mr. Mushtaq Chaya, CMD of Mushtaq Group of Hotels and Chairman of the Hoteliers Club Srinagar, was awarded the Hospitality Excellence Award by FHRAI for his contributions to the hospitality industry.

Attendees include industry leaders, stakeholders, government officials, tourism experts, and potential investors.
