Police in Chambersburg, Franklin County, have arrested two brothers, identified as Chadwin K. Rogers and Jason M. Rogers, for making threats that led to the closure of the Franklin County Court Complex earlier this month. Chadwin Rogers was taken into custody on April 11, a day after the threats were made, and remains incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail. His brother, Jason Rogers, was apprehended by Chambersburg Police on Tuesday.
