Coach Scott Reid Reaches 200th Career Victory with Jefferson Lacrosse Team

In a thrilling overtime match against Madison, Jefferson High School’s lacrosse team, led by coach Scott Reid, secured an 11-10 victory, marking Reid’s 200th career win. The match saw a remarkable comeback attempt by Madison, who trailed by four goals in the fourth quarter but forced overtime. However, Jefferson prevailed with a goal by Charlie Obermann, assisted by Chubb Reid, in the extra session. Chubb Reid, along with his twin brother Jamison, who made key saves throughout the match, played crucial roles in the victory. This milestone win makes Scott Reid the 34th boys lacrosse coach in New Jersey to reach 200 wins.
