Ascott Limited, a subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment, has partnered with Jin Jiang Hotels (China Region) to expand their apartment hotel brands, Quest and TULIP LODJ, across China through a franchise model. The joint venture aims to capitalize on the growing demand for upscale and upper midscale apartment hotels in the country, starting with three operational properties in Wuhan and Shenzhen.
