Matthews also had an assist for a three-point night, while Max Domi and John Tavares also scored for the Leafs. Ilya Samsonov made 27 saves in net for Toronto, which now returns home with the series tied 1-1. Morgan Geekie and David Pastrnak scored for the Bruins, who led 2-1 after one period but were unable to take advantage of a late power play in the third.
