Energy Advocacy Group Accuses Climate Judiciary Project of Bias in Judicial Training

An American energy advocacy group, the American Energy Institute (AEI), has released a report accusing the Environmental Law Institute’s Climate Judiciary Project (CJP) of bias in its training program for judges. The report alleges that CJP, which has trained over 2,000 judges, is promoting climate change alarmism and influencing judges in favor of plaintiffs suing energy companies. The report’s claims have been disputed by the Environmental Law Institute, which maintains that the CJP is a non-partisan educational initiative.
