Dubai has launched a major initiative to transform Al Mamzar and Jumeirah 1 beaches into premier coastal destinations, with an investment of AED 355 million (USD 96.56 million). This project aims to enhance the appeal and functionality of these beaches, positioning them among the world’s leading destinations. The development includes a first-of-its-kind 24-hour beach in Deira, a pedestrian corridor, cycling and jogging paths, and a floating bridge at Al Mamzar Beach. World-class amenities, advanced technological integrations, and expanded investment opportunities will also be introduced. The project is part of Dubai’s broader strategy to position itself as a global leader in living standards and a hub for beach tourism.
