The chargesheet, submitted to the 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court in Bengaluru, includes witness statements, forensic evidence, and circumstantial evidence, alleging that Darshan and Pavithra conspired in Renukaswamy’s death.

Kannada Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa Accused of Murder: Autopsy Reveals Victim’s Cause of Death

A recent autopsy report has revealed that Renuka Swamy, the victim allegedly tortured and killed by popular Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, died from shock and hemorrhage. Swamy’s body was found with 15 wounds, and the autopsy indicated that his head rammed a mini truck in a shed in Bengaluru, where he was brought from Chitradurga. The police have seized the vehicle and recovered wooden logs, a leather belt, and a rope used to torture Swamy.
