Pereira has successfully defended his title twice, while Rountree Jr. enters the fight on a five-fight winning streak. The event also features several other exciting matchups, including Raquel Pennington vs. Julianna Pena and Jose Aldo vs. Mario Bautista.
Former light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill is set to return to the Octagon against top contender Khalil Rountree at UFC 303 on June 29th. Hill, who lost his title to Alex Pereira at UFC 300, will be looking to get back on track against the surging Rountree, who has won five straight fights. The card will also feature the highly anticipated return of former two-division champion Conor McGregor against Michael Chandler in the main event.
