WWE King and Queen of the Ring: All You Need to Know

WWE’s King and Queen of the Ring tournament returns on May 25, 2024, after a three-year hiatus. The event will feature 16 men and 16 women competing in single-elimination tournaments for a chance to be crowned King and Queen of the Ring and earn a world title shot at SummerSlam. The King of the Ring finals will see Gunther face Randy Orton, while Lyra Valkyria will take on Nia Jax in the Queen of the Ring finals. The event will stream live on Peacock in the U.S. and on the WWE Network outside of the U.S. The King and Queen of the Ring finals are just two of the five matches on the card, which also includes Cody Rhodes defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against Logan Paul, Becky Lynch defending her Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan, and Sami Zayn facing Chad Gable and Bronson Reed in a triple-threat match for the Intercontinental Championship.
