Kismet of Kings, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Black and Brown youth in Jersey City through mentorship, life skills training, and entrepreneurial education, will host its annual Spring Gala on Friday, May 3. The event, themed “Elevate and Excel,” will be held at The View (201 Lincoln Park) and hosted by actor Tobias Truvillion (“Empire,” “One Life to Live”). Proceeds from the gala will support the organization’s programs, which provide vital resources and opportunities to underserved youth in the community.
