Former RG Kar Medical College Principal Challenges Calcutta High Court Order on CBI Probe

Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, has appealed to the Supreme Court against the Calcutta High Court’s decision to order a CBI investigation into alleged financial irregularities during his tenure.
