Kupwara Police Station Assault: 16 Army Personnel Facing Charges of Attempt to Murder, Dacoity

A violent attack on the Kupwara police station in Kashmir has resulted in an FIR against three lieutenant colonels and thirteen others from the Indian Army. The FIR alleges the assault was brutal and unprovoked, with rifle butts and sticks used. Senior police officers intervened to rescue the targeted personnel and initiate legal action. The incident is being investigated by the deputy superintendent of police, with authorities aiming to bring the accused to justice.
