Rebel Wilson’s Memoir Redacted in UK Due to Legal Issues

The UK version of Rebel Wilson’s memoir has undergone significant redactions, with most of the content related to Sacha Baron Cohen removed. Wilson attributed this to legal differences between the UK and US, while Cohen disputed her characterization, claiming that printing falsehoods is against UK law. HarperCollins, the publisher, stated that the redacted material constituted ‘most of one page with some other small redactions,’ involving allegations of humiliating treatment on the set of ‘Grimsby.’ Cohen’s team has strongly denied these assertions, maintaining that Wilson was an active collaborator in the film’s creative process.
