Magma Aviation has partnered with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) for ramp and warehouse cargo handling at Liege Airport. This agreement will see WFS manage cargo for Magma Aviation’s regular Boeing 747-400F flights and charter operations, handling over 50,000 tonnes of cargo annually.
Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services and Liege Airport have celebrated 17 years of a successful partnership that has significantly contributed to the development of Liege Airport as a premier European cargo hub. With Ethiopian Cargo handling approximately 160,000 tons of cargo at Liege in 2023, the alliance has facilitated the efficient movement of goods between Europe, Africa, and the wider world. The partnership has been mutually beneficial, with Ethiopian Cargo leveraging Liege Airport’s strategic location and world-class infrastructure to expand its global network and offer seamless cargo solutions, while Liege Airport has benefited from Ethiopian Cargo’s extensive network and operational capabilities.
