Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is launching a rooftop culinary experience featuring local chefs every summer Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Guests and residents can indulge in the finest summer vibes on the hotel’s rooftop, where Minnesota’s burgeoning culinary talents will showcase their cultural heritage and skills at the Walkup Kitchen. Open throughout the summer, the Walkup Kitchen will highlight a variety of local chefs presenting global cuisines.
Vegas Unstripped, a culinary festival celebrating local talent, is returning for its fifth year on May 18 with a record-breaking 29 participating chefs. The festival, which has previously taken place in the Arts District, will now be held at the pool deck of the Palms. Among the renowned chefs attending are James Beard Award finalists and winners such as Oscar Amador, John Arena, Roy Ellamar, Mitsuo Endo, DJ Flores, Bruce Kalman, Steve Kestler, Gina Marinelli, and James Trees. Vegas Unstripped showcases the diverse culinary landscape of Las Vegas while highlighting the talents of homegrown chefs.
