Heavy rains and gusty winds disrupted transportation in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) on Monday. Local train services on Central, Harbour, and Western railway lines were running behind schedule, with delays of up to 20 minutes. The Metro service between Aarey and Andheri East was also affected due to debris getting entangled on the OHE near Airport Road Metro station. Traffic movement was slow in several areas due to fallen hoardings and tempo breakdowns. Maximum temperatures were around 35°C, while minimum temperatures were around 28°C.
