This comes as the Bihar Transport Department and traffic police have issued over 16,700 e-challans in a week through newly installed e-detection systems at toll plazas. Meanwhile, Paswan was recently re-elected as the LJP (Ram Vilas) president and hinted at potential election alliances in Jharkhand.

The decision was made unanimously at the party’s national executive meeting in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Paswan also discussed the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana, Jammu Kashmir, and Jharkhand, where the party may contest alongside the BJP or independently.
