Benidorm, Spain’s popular seaside resort, will implement a strict Low Emission Zone (ZBE) in January 2025, affecting both locals and tourists. The zone aims to reduce vehicle emissions and promote a cleaner, more pedestrian-friendly environment. Tourists, particularly the significant British visitor demographic, could face fines of up to €200 for driving non-compliant vehicles within the ZBE.
