A tragic incident occurred in Malvani on Thursday night, when the balcony of an upper-storey dwelling collapsed on unsuspecting individuals below, resulting in the death of a 12-year-old girl, Chandani Roshan Siddiqui, and minor injuries to two others. According to allegations, the resident of the upper floor intentionally kicked the balcony in a fit of rage after a domestic dispute, causing the collapse. Despite attempts to provide medical assistance, Chandani succumbed to her injuries hours after being discharged from a hospital. The Malvani police have registered a case and are investigating the incident, but no arrests have yet been made.
