Gen Z employees are entering the workforce in droves, but many employers are reporting challenges in managing them. A recent survey found that 94% of business leaders believe Gen Z employees have a sense of entitlement, poor work ethic, and subpar communication skills. Additionally, 74% of managers find Gen Z employees harder to work with than employees of other generations.
