This summer, guests can participate in the Marine Science Eco Experiences, led by a seasoned Marine Scientist. Marine scientists have made the rare feat of attaching a camera to a 9-foot female great white shark, offering an unparalleled glimpse into the predator’s underwater world. The camera tag, along with a GPS tracker, will transmit real-time data on the shark’s location and behavior for a year. This research aims to shed light on the mysterious behavior of white sharks in the southeastern U.S., particularly during winter and spring months.
